GENRAL RULES

b. Protests must be lodged at the Games Secretariat, two hours after the competition with a copy to the Secretary General of the discipline concerned and the opposing Team.
c. The Disciplinary Committee shall meet three hours after properly lodged protest and shall  disposed of it accordingly.

a. that team walks off the field of play; or 
b. that team positions itself in such a way as to render the progress of the game  impossible; or that team refuses to play; or
c. if the player (s) or supporter (s) of the team initiate an act responsible for the abrupt end of the match; or
d. the teams lateness without just course, renders the continuation of the match impossible or renders it impossible for the match to travel its full duration ; i.e. the time allotted for the play ;or
e. when the team fails to report or honour a match; or
f. when it is engaged in a fixed or predetermined match.

  1. Tackle all controversial case emanating from the Games.
  1. Take final decision on disciplinary issues that warrant expulsion from the Games.
  1. Serve as arbitrator in any misunderstanding arising out of unresolved protest from aggrieves units/institutions/regions.
  1. Undertake any other duties that may be assigned to it by the National Organising Committee among others.

 

 

 

All competitions shall be held under the respective International Rules/regulations unless otherwise mentioned.

Competitors shall have, at least three (3) months continuous residence in a region before competing for the Region. Students are to compete for regions in which they attend school.

Any athlete competing for a Unit shall be fully employed by the Unit.

Prizes shall consist of medals and or certificates for the first, second and third places respectively.

Competitors /athletes shall report to Officials at least, thirty (30) minutes before the start of each competition.

 

 

a. Protests should be in writing. Any protest without an accompanying fee of one thousand    Ghana cedis (GH¢ 1,000.00) will not be treated

 

 

In case of force majeure, the match shall be played two hours after the incident; the same day or at 7:00 am the following day.

A team commits an offence punishable by forfeiture of a match where;
