She Attended Garden City Commercial College and joined the Ghana Armed Forces in 2004. In 2008 she had the opportunity to move to the USA on a Track and Field Scolarship (Utah, Valley). Towards the end of 2010 she moved to Middle Tennessee State University.
Her personal best in the 100mH (13.85s, Algers in 2007) was further improved in April of 2011 with a performance of 13.81s. Rosina ran the first leg of the formidable 4x100m at the 2010 Commonwealth Games where Ghana won a silver medal with the women relay team.
