Rugby Coach Names Team for Africa Tourney

The National Rugby Coach Mr. Julius Amevor has named the under listed players as Ghana's representatives for the African Rugby North Division 2 Cup of Nations scheduled to commence in Togo from june 29th to 30th



The players are: Hamza Suleima, Alhassan Sani, Eugene Ewuakye ,  Emmanuel Kalos,Labaran Ibrahim,Muhammed Rabiu, Adjiri Jonas, William Ayitey, John Donkoh and Segbefia Prince 


A statement from the association noted the team was selected based on attributes such as fitness, mental alertness and skill level after an intensive two week training camp.


Meanwhile, the Ghana Rugby Association will host the John fisher school from the United Kingdom, the school is the alma-matter of Ghanaian International and formal England National Team Player Paul sackey


Programme line up for the visit is as follows



 Friday Coaching Clinic and a friendly match for schools of the Ayawaso sub Metropolitan area, at the Swag Park in Kotobabi. This will concentrate on teaching the rudiments of the game whilst interacting with their counterparts in Ghana. The program will begin at 10:00am prompt.



Saturday: The John Fisher School will visit some clubs at their training grounds to experience firsthand, the club atmosphere in Ghana.



Sunday: Will be a time for relaxation as the Ghana Rugby Association treat their guests to a time at the beach while watching beach rugby in display.



The Association invites all fans, well wishers and the press to support and patronize this memorable event.
