Brong Ahafo Region Sets Records

GHAPSA and Upper West Region locked horns today at the Police Court in their final Volleyball qualifying series. Both teams have lost their two previous matches.

The game ended with GHAPSA winning two straight against Upper West. The result was 25, 22 and 25, 17 in both sets.

The game continued as the Police and the Northern region took their turn and Police was able to triumph over the Northern region 25, 15 and 25, 13 as the final results for the day.

The atmosphere charged up when Brong Ahafo came face to face with Armed Forces. The first set was won by the Armed Forces with 25 points as against 21 points for Brong Ahafo. The tide changed during the second set was won by Brong Ahafo with 27points against 25 points for

Armed Forces, which sent them to the third set and the Armed Forces bowed out with 12 points and the winner Brong Ahafo with 15 points.

The day was ended with Volta playing their last game against Prisons. As hard as the Voltarians tried they could not conquer the Prisons team by losing to Prisons with 20 and 19 for both set respectively. Prisons took the day with 25 points each on both sets.
