Volleyball: Security Services Win Their Matches.

The Greater Accra Region still dominates in the volleyball category as they defeated Ghana Polytechnic Sports Association (GHAPSA) in a very competitive match at the police court today.

Both teams displayed amazing spiking and flips skills throughout the first half of the game but the Greater Accra Region toppled with twenty five points as against 20 points for GHAPSA. GHAPSA was mainly o the defensive while the host continued scoring more points against its counterpart. It ended with the same score line 25, 20 as in the first half.

The Ghana Police Service also battled with Ashanti Region winning both matches with overall score of 50 points. It seemed to be a day for the security services when the Ghana Armed Forces triumphed over the Eastern Region with 25 points in the first half and 27 points in the second.

Eastern Region bowed out with 19 and 25 points in the first and second half respectively. Referees for the game, Richard Dogbe, Douglas Doe, Jerry Hodo, Abraham Bortey and Silas Odoi officiated the matches for the day.
